THE CHEF
Corfu-born chef Spyros Authinos had a 22-year creative career before entering the ANUN kitchen.
At ANUN he combines two of his great loves, Japanese and Greek cuisine!
Every day he takes the best of the Ionian Sea and prepares it with Asian cooking techniques, creating Mediterranean dishes with Asian influences.
The simplicity of Asian cuisine, which Spyros Authinos knows so well, enhances the purity, freshness and special characteristics of Mediterranean seafood and fish.
